1.2 Provincial Smart Factory/Digital Workshop

Meets autonomous region-level certification standards and serves as a model for the entire region.

II. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Smart Factory

• Build a comprehensive industrial internet platform
• The CNC automation rate for critical processes exceeds 80%.
• Implement end-to-end digital management
• Annual intelligent investment shall not be less than 1000 thousand yuan.

2.2 Digital Workshop

• The CNC automation rate for critical processes exceeds 60%.
• Build core systems such as MES.
• Visualize production processes
• Annual intelligent investment shall not be less than 300 thousand yuan.

3. Subsidy and Incentive Policy

• A reward of 50-100 thousand yuan will be granted to facilities recognized as provincial intelligent factories.
• A reward of 20–50 ten thousand yuan will be granted for facilities recognized as provincial digital workshops.
