II. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Co-working Space

• Operational area must be at least 500 square meters.
• At least 20 startup teams must join.
• Dedicated staff support

2.2 Incubator

• Incubation area must be at least 3000 square meters.
• At least 20 incubated companies
• At least 5 graduating enterprises

3. Subsidy Policy

• A subsidy of 20–50 thousand yuan will be granted to those designated as municipal co-creation spaces.
• A subsidy of 50–100 thousand yuan will be granted to incubators recognized at the municipal level.
• Higher matching subsidies will be provided for projects recognized at the provincial or national level.
